I've been told by NIfty that they once had a a larger print edition, but it is no longer offered.Still, it is very handy to keep with the rig when working portable.. The three parts (the book and 2 appendices) are well worth your time reading. For those wanting an overview of the classic jetliner that laid the foundations of modern civil aviation, this is it. Steven's writing, though accessible, is never overly simplistic. The battles between the legions of angels, their devotion, and their readiness to fight to the end is awesome. I first read "Creating the Capaity for Attachment: Addiction and the Vulnerable Self" four years ago and I have re-read it and recommended it many times as one of my most essential practice guides. It is a very dark comedy and a love story all wrapped into one.Bound in the usual style, readers will find it easy to read but that it does not hold up to much abuse, however this is standard when it comes to playscripts.. The written technical material at the front of the book ("Essential Skills") is much the same, although some topics have been rewritten to reflect the differences between Scandinavian and Fair Isle knitting.
