As someone who has conducted special education evaluations and worked with children with learning disabilities for many years, I have read widely in this field but have never encountered a book so thoroughly researched, well-argued, and clinically astute. Lt. Yes, not all of the salespeople are greedy (because some of them are just as clueless about those hidden profits) but the managers sure were. Can't wait till the next one!!. Contrary to what one sees through Hollywood's eyes, there is an extreme reluctance for one human being to kill another, even in time of war. She licked her lips and whispered "if I knew how I would". As it was, I approached this read with a bit of trepidation but open interest. Of course I wasn't expecting the writing to be the same. As someone who has read the other books in the series, it was wonderful to see and catch up with old friends again. While the book is packed with information, the author tends to obfuscate her meaning at times - perhaps due to her background in science.
