In fact it is one of the very few books available that teach you Taiji instead of Taiji Chuan or Taiji Qigong. He built a fabulous collection. "Normative" because they are the norm, accepted by "experts" as well as by the average parent, and "abuse" because these practices are damaging to the child's developing self.
