Walant brilliantly describes the core insecure attachment of children to their primary caregivers that leads to various addictions and compulsive disorders in both individual and macro terms. Chapter 3 deals with problem solving techniques and cause-and-effect diagrams. I am pleased to say that even I learned a little something!
