The book and the workbook were in good shape but upon trying to install the software on my computer, I realized that I was short the software disk. If you think there is anything to the reviews that rate this book less than 4 stars - then think again - the caption of the book says "Essence of Taiji" and not "Forms of Taiji Chuan" nor even "Essence of Taiji Chuan". (I have always been fascinated with explanations on the workings of nature.) This book provides a strong foundation of knowledge in all of these subjects and a number of others.
